Dr. Will Innes

Following completion of the MRCP rotation between St. Bartholomew’s, the Royal London Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Dr Innes moved to Newcastle Upon Tyne to complete specialist training in Medical Ophthalmology. Following specialist training he completed a fellowship in uveitis and ocular inflammation in Manchester before working in Newcastle Upon Tyne for 14 years as a consultant. Following a sabbatical at the University hospital Zurich, Dr Innes moved to Switzerland in 2023 to take up a clinical lead role for Gutblick Eye Clinics in Zurich, whilst maintaining research activities based at Newcastle University.
