Dr. Tarunya Arun

Tarunya is consultant neurologist and Multiple sclerosis lead at the University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire. She is an Associate Professor of neurology Warwick University and a NIHR SCPRA fellow. She completed her specialist training in neurology from the Oxford Deanery and obtained subspecialist training in neuro-inflammation from Oxford and London. Tarunya is the chair of the Neuroinflammatory Special Interest Group of the Association of British Neurologists, Deputy Chair of the ABN Advisory group, and member of the neurology CRG, NHSE.
Her research interests include Multiple sclerosis treatments and imaging and Neurosarcoidosis. She is the principal investigator on a number of multicentre centre trials and has worked with the Warwick Clinical trials Team as a Clinical Advisor for recent NICE MS treatment technology appraisals. She has a number of publications in peer reviewed journals.
