Dr. Daniel Jons

Daniel Jons obtained his MD at faculty of medicine at Gothenburg University in 2002 and became a board-certified specialist in clinical neurology 2010. His PhD in 2022 was on the subject of “investigations into the role of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection in the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis”
He is currently a consultant neurologist in the team for multiple sclerosis (MS) and neuroinflammatory disease at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital, Gothenburg Sweden and continues to conduct research on the subject of EBV and MS.
